The main machine of sand making production line:
1.Vibrating Feeder;
2.Jaw Crusher;

6.Sand Washing Machine;
7.Electronic Control;
8.Belt Conveyors.

Process flow of sand making production line:
1.First, rough pieces of stone are crushed by the primary crushers;
2.and then, after being transported by belt conveyor, the middle rough materials are crushed further in fine crushers;
3.the finish products are screened into two types of stone by vibrating screen to meet the feed size of the stones into sand making system, the other parts will be back into the fine crushers; Part of the stones into PCL will be crushed into sands, after cleaning by sand washing machine (optional), these sands become finished one, and the other parts will be back into sand making machine.
